Job Description:

Maintain administrative workflow by studying methods such as implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures; Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices; Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; Maintain rapport with clients, attorneys, and employees by arranging continuing contacts such as setting priorities and resolving problem situations; Maintain suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives; Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; Guide employee actions by researching, developing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.



• High School Diploma/GED

• 2 years of experience in any managerial position or related
